1.If your product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to: amanda@SamGlenn.com
2. We allow a 15 day grace period to return product in the same condition it was shipped. You must notify us first with the exact reason for the return and obtain a return #number from us to add with your returned items. Your returned items must have this # in order to be refunded. We do not refund shipping costs. Your refund will be for items purchased only.
3. If there is something not correct with your order, email us and we will make it right and make you happy.
